Hi, my name is Alex and I am the founder of NC Cash Home Buyers. I have lived in the Triangle area of North Carolina my entire life and have been in the real estate business for over 15 years. We’re a family owned business and focus on helping NC homeowners sell their properties. Over the years we have worked with all different types of property owners; there isn’t a situation we haven’t seen. But the common goal has always been the same: to provide the sellers that we worked with our highest and best, fair offer and the ability to get cash into their hands as quickly as possible.

Alex Locklear is the founding member and owner of NC Cash Home Buyers. Alex, a North Carolina native, was born and raised in the Raleigh area and has called NC home ever since. Alex has lived and breathed everything real estate since first being introduced to the business back in 2008. Alex has been involved in 100’s of property acquisitions and dispositions over the years including: single-family homes, land parcels, condos, townhouses, mobile home parks, and more. Alex’s passion to help every day people has enabled him to consistently solve property problems and give sellers he works with the outcome they want.

Owner

Jennifer Locklear is the other owner of NC Cash Home Buyers and also a North Carolina native. Jennifer has a passion for problem-solving and goes above and beyond to make sure the Sellers that she works with are completely satisfied. Her expertise in dealing with numerous different types of seller situations and her keen attention to detail allow her to provide successful results for the sellers she works with, time and time again.

Public Relations

Abby Choi is an established public relations and branding expert. Her passion for building brand awareness and bringing to light relevant businesses has enabled her to build a top-notch reputation as being one of the best in her industry. Her primary goals and daily focus as the public relations specialist allow her to hone in and utilize her skills including: writing/distributing press releases, social media management, journalist outreach, and more.
